Yesterday I had the honour of receiving the third price for the triennial collage competition organized by the Andrée en Pierre Arty Foundation. This foundation promotes the work of Andrée Arty, a wonderful Belgian collage artist as well as the works of contemporary collage artists. The price money will be used for promotion and framing of the works.

The amazing setting in Brussels

I added a new section to the website: Collages. It contains - as you probably guessed - my collage work, all done the old-fashioned way with paper, scissors and glue. I call them Kollaroids - which is a combination of Colle (glue) and Polaroids. 

Photos from my Phantom Flowers series got it to nominee from 4929 entries from 92 countries in the section ‘Open Theme’ of the Fine Art Photography awards 2020-2021, a contest for - you already guessed it - Fine Art Photography. Beer! Wine! Champagne! Tigernuts!
